Services

Urban Learning Centers (ULC) provides each school with a team of educational specialists to support implementation of the school reform plan. The ULC team is led by a veteran principal, and includes a teaching specialist and a parent/community involvement specialist. The ULC team works with the school's leadership and other key stakeholders to assess the school's needs and priorities. Based on these needs, the team develops an implementation plan tailored to help the school build strengths in the following areas:
