| The Christmas Berry is a member of the Rose family. Its scientific name is Heteromeles arbutifolia. It is an evergreen with rigid leathery leaves that grow 2-4 inches in length and are oblong and serrated. It has small white flowers that grow in compound clusters. It is well known for its red berries. It can reach heights of up to 25 feet. |
