About the Staff By N.White and P.Sherev, Teachers at Thomas Jefferson High Scool Integrated Science Program
Naomi WhiteNaomi developed and implemented the Integrated Science curriculum twoyears ago at Jefferson High. She has been teaching for sixteen years andstill has the the energy and enthusiasm needed to capture the studentsinterest. She allows students to experience the concepts of science throughmany hands-on activities on a daily basis. She works closely with otherteachers to ensure a successful science program at Jefferson.
Patricia Sherev
Patricia has been teaching ninth and tenth grade science classes atJefferson High for three years. She has worked with Naomi in helping toimplement the ICS program over the past two years. She believes that thebest way to learn about science is through experimentation and discovery.
