Humanitas professional development reflects LAEP's commitment to supporting teachers and treating them as professionals. Humanitas PD is typically facilitated by a current or former Humanitas teacher; focuses on the needs and interests of teachers today; and is typically scheduled to fit successfully with teachers' busy schedules.
Professional development in Humanitas is available for Humanitas teachers to attend individually, in grade-level teams, or as an entire SLC faculty. Teachers can expect quality instruction and plenty of opportunities to engage and interact with their colleagues.
