Family Care—Health Insurance Enrollment

The Family Care-Health initiative helps families navigate the fragmented and often confusing landscape of health services by helping families enroll in and utilize free or low-cost health insurance plans.

Family Care's team of four Health Advocates has reached out to more than 5,000 families and enrolled 1,130 families in a health insurance plan.
