Teaching and Learning
for the Future

ALTHOUGH THE REDONDO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT has only been in existence since 1993, the District is gaining a reputation as being on the forefront of cutting edge technology in the classroom.

Redondo Union High School is the only school campus in Los Angeles County's South Bay to have a fully functioning Industrial Technology Department called the Discovery Lab; a 24-hour Futures Academy -- a PC and Macintosh Internet-based computer lab; and BeachNet, a student created and maintained World Wide Web page and Internet service provider.

Read how Redondo Unified is preparing its students for the 21 century.
