Results from last spring's Stanford 9 testing show that the Los Angeles Unified School District's scores have increased across all grade levels (2-11) in all test-required subjects, except in grades 10 and 11 in selected subjects where the scores remained the same as the previous year.
All elementary grades had large improvements in spelling, with the second and third grades each scoring seven-point gains to reach the 39th percentile. Stanford 9 scores for every public school in the state are due to be released July 17.
